Educational Accommodations for Pregnant 学生¹
第一节. 目的

For purposes of this policy, "pregnancy or related conditions" means pregnancy, 分娩, 假怀孕, termination of pregnancy, or recovery from any of those situations.

A. Participation in UTC Educational Programs and Activities
Discrimination against any student, 或禁止任何学生因怀孕或相关情况而不参加UTC教育计划或活动的任何部分, except as otherwise provided under this policy. UTC educational programs and activities include, but are not limited to, 类, extracurricular activities, 实习, 奖学金, 诊所, 和实验室.

B. Excused Absences and Medical Leave

C. Alternative Educational Programs for Pregnant 学生

A. Requests for Educational Adjustments

This policy is effective August 1, 2023. This policy shall be reviewed on or before August 1, 2028.
