如何申请

学生(本科 & Graduate) applying for 毕业 must apply online.

The Application for 毕业 is a tool in your MyMocsNet student portal. 

*Please note that the first term on the application, is not the term in which you plan to graduate, so simply click "Submit" to start the process.

优先级的最后期限 (eligible candidates who apply by this deadline will receive registration time tickets for the first morning of currently enrolled student registration)

DEADLINE FOR INCLUSION IN THE COMMENCEMENT PROGRAM

申请 3月31日 for inclusion in the Spring semester Commencement program (May and August graduates)
申请 10月31日 for inclusion in the Fall semester Commencement program (December graduates)

学生 who subsequently finish all 毕业 requirements after the degree conferral date will be awarded their degree at the following degree conferral date. 如果请求, a degree completion statement can be added to 一个学生's transcript to indicate the date degree requirements were completed and the date the degree will be conferred. 学生应该看到他们的 毕业专业 了解更多信息.

Steps to 毕业 for Undergraduate 学生

Review profile in MyMocsNet to ensure all information is up to date before applying: name, address, 主修和辅修.

步骤2:
应用 for 毕业 via the tool in MyMocsNet. See "如何申请" below for those instructions and information. Be sure to note deadline dates.

步骤3:
Review 毕业 Status Report (GSR) from 毕业 Specialist. All 毕业 information is sent to your UTC email account. Schedule an appointment with 毕业 Specialist if review is needed.

步骤4:
Notify your 毕业 Specialist of any changes that will affect your 毕业 status 立即 so all records can be updated. Ex: academic change, name change, or address changes.

步骤5:
Participation in the Commencement Ceremony is optional. 然而, if you plan to attend the Ceremony, you can purchase a University cap and gown with the 网上订购流程 穿过书店. If you are unable to purchase during the ordering times, please contact the bookstore for assistance.

步骤6: 
Register for the mandatory Senior Exit Exam through the UTC testing center.

Clear account of any holds including the Bursar, 图书馆 or Financial Aid Exit Counseling. 重要的: Holds will prevent the mailing of your diploma.

第八步:
Respond to the Commencement RSVP survey. You will receive a survey as your commencement ceremony nears (First week of April for spring and first week of November for Fall). Through this survey you confirm details that support preparations for 毕业 and 文凭.

步骤9:
毕业 Day—note there will be no rehearsal. Arrive at McKenzie Arena 45 minutes prior to scheduled 毕业 time.

Steps to 毕业 for Graduate 学生

步骤4: 
Submit a 毕业 Audit for Degrees and Certificates form to the Graduate School: 毕业 Audit for Degrees and Certificates Form. Check with your graduate program liaison for candidacy submission deadlines.

步骤5:
